By using BLUPRNT, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
The platform
BLUPRNT is a free event discovery tool for Miami Music Week, operated by PeoplePlacesThingsMiami. We curate and list events but do not organize, host, or guarantee any event listed on the platform. The events shown here are submitted by organizers, verified by our team, or sourced from publicly available information.
User accounts
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Don't impersonate other people or create fake accounts. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms.
Event listings
Event information is provided by organizers and curated by PPTM. We do our best to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all details are current. Event times, prices, lineups, and availability may change without notice. Always verify details directly with the event organizer before attending.
User content
Comments, ratings, and profile information you submit are your responsibility. Don't post spam, harassment, hate speech, or misleading content. We reserve the right to remove any content and ban users who violate community standards. By submitting content, you grant PPTM a license to display it on the platform and in related promotional materials.
Promoter tools
Paid promoter features — including Promoted, Featured, and BLUPRNT Pro placements — are non-refundable once the promotion period has started. PPTM reserves the right to reject or remove promoted content that doesn't meet our editorial standards. Analytics data is provided as-is and may not capture 100% of user interactions.
Event submissions
Submitting an event does not guarantee listing on BLUPRNT or PPTM's other channels. All submissions go through editorial review. Paid placement begins after payment confirmation. PPTM reserves the right to decline any submission without explanation.
Limitation of liability
BLUPRNT is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. PPTM is not responsible for event cancellations, safety incidents, or disputes between users and event organizers. Use the platform at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPTM's liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
