Wopha hosts a four-hour workshop on photographic handcoloring led by Silvia Lizama, a master artist and Professor Emerita from Barry University with 48 years of experience in the technique. The session opens with a presentation on the history of handcoloring in photography, followed by a demonstration using Marshall's Photo Oils on silver gelatin fiber prints. Participants then apply the techniques to their own prints with individual guidance throughout. You leave with a finished hand-colored piece. Participants must bring their own silver gelatin black-and-white prints (no digital prints). Space is limited.
